Tyler and I have been blessed to have some great friends here in Colorado Springs. Gabe works with Tyler at the Aid Station and his wife Manami was sweet enough to offer us dinner the other night since I've been on bed rest for my pregnancy.
They came over and prepared everything! SUSHI! I've never had (or put together) homemade sushi, so I have to say I was quite pleased with how my roll looked.. It was so much fun, and very appreciated, to say the least!

I can't wait to do it again! I told Tyler we need to find all the stuff just to have here at the house to make it whenever we want.. If I had it my way, sushi night would be as common as taco night!
